of the company who communicates with current
clients and our new contacts, I find myself
having to correct our competitors misleading
information about our software. I know they want
your business as much as we do, but allow me to
tell you how our system REALLY works. After all,
I wrote the system so I should know!
The most common misinformation I hear given is
that our web-based version is SLOW. I would be
happy to show anyone a sample database with
800,000+ records in it that is more responsive
than any other system out there. Ask for a demo
with that many records on your OWN computer from
the other web-based company and see how fast

QuickEMR offers both a purchase AND a web-based
solution for your practice. Our purchase option
saves you money in the long run, and the
web-based option saves you money in the sort
run.

Our web-based solution is NOT slow, nor will it
ever become slow. I maintain the servers
personally. Each server has 8 GB of memory and
can handle many simultaneous users at once, even
in the middle of the day. Once a server utilizes
a little more than half of the available memory,
we order a new server for any new clients,
assuring that servers are not overloaded.

You can log on to our server through a remote
desktop connection OR a browser, even in an
airport (I've done it personally). Therefore,
you can access our system from anywhere as long
as you have our web address.

You can also log on to our server from a Mac!
There is simply a small program do download
freely from Microsoft (here

QuickEMR is secure! Information transferred to
our server is encrypted. On top of that, each
client has logon credentials to get on to our
server. After that, there are additional
credentials to access QuickEMR.

Your data on our server is backed up CONTINUOUSY
throughout the day. Each time a new record is
added or a record is changed, it is written to a
redundant hard drive on a RAID array. Data is
also backed up each night to an offsite server.
