Appointment Book - Rooms

Accessed by:  Schedule -> Add / Edit Rooms

This screen is used to add Rooms to the database for scheduling purposes. In order to schedule cases in rooms, the option must be turned on under Options.

To add a room, select the 'New Room' button. If rooms are already listed and you would like to edit one, select it from the list and then click 'Edit Room', or just double-click it in the list.

Adding or editing a room will show a new screen. Select a facility and then type in a description for the room. Setting a room to 'Inactive' will stop it from appearing in lists.
