Case - Other Notes

This tab is used to enter any notes for a case. Each note can be as long as desired. The text box where notes are entered will also accept carriage returns to enter information on different lines such as numbered lists, etc.

Case Notes are can also be added, edited, and viewed from the EMR Chart screen.

• To add a note, click the "Add New" button. The screen below will appear.
• To edit a note, double-click on the note in the grid or highlight the note in the grid and click the "Edit" button. The screen below will appear.
• To delete a note, highlight the note in the grid and click the "Delete" button.

 

 

When the window opens to add or edit a note, simply type anything needed into the text box. Click the "Save" button to save the information entered.
