EMR - Re-Evaluation

The Re-Evalution screen function in the exact same manner as the Progress Note. The only difference is that the first tab on the Re-Evaluation contains one more text field than the Progress Note. For information on entering data on the Re-Evaluation screen, please refer to the documenation on the Progress Note.
