Field Mapping

This feature allows the user to define where text boxes will be "carried forward" to. For example, you can define the "Plan" on the Evaluation to carry over to the "Plan" on the Daily Visit Note and/or to the "Treatment Plan" on the Care Plan screen.

You could also have more than one field carry over to any one field. For example, you could have the Assessment and the Plan from the evaluation carry over to the Treatment Plan on the Care Plan.

Remember also that since each text box label is customizable for EACH patient type in the system, field mappings may have to be defined for each patient type!

RULES:

Evaluation fields can be mapped to the first Visit Note and all Care Plans, Progress Notes, ReEvaluations, and the Discharge Summary.

Visit Note fields can be mapped to Care Plans, Progress Notes, ReEvaluations and the Discharge Summary.
