Guarantors

The guarantor list is used to enter any gaurantor in the database.

The guarantor list grid is similar to the patient list grid. It can be sorted or searched by each column visible on the screen. For more information, see Grids under Common Program Features. The window can also be maximized to show a larger list with all columns visible.

• To add a guarantor, click the "Add New" button. The screen below will appear.
• To edit a guarantor, double-click on the guarantor in the grid or highlight the guarantor in the grid and click the "Edit" button. The screen below will appear.
• To delete a guarantor, highlight the guarantor in the grid and click the "Delete" button.
• To print the guarantor list, sort the list any way desired, and click the Print button.

The "Code" field is a unique identifier for the guarantor being entered. If left blank, the code will be generated automatically based on your Code Generation options. See Code Generation under Options for more details.

The "Inactive" field will keep the guarantor in the database, but they will not appear in any guarantor list.
