Report Options

This area allows some customization of reports. The way that EMR documents are printed can be further customized by adjusting the screen labels and/or tests and measurement.

The Physician Letter is a thank you form letter that can be printed from the QuickEMR system. The 4 paragraphs that appear on this letter can be modified here. If the tag <PATIENT> is entered, the patient's name will appear in that area. If the tag <PRACTICE> is entered, your practice name will appear.

This letter is not something that is changed on a case to case basis. These options should be set during initial setup and if you want to change the layout in the future at some point.

The rest of the options on this screen allow you to change the titles of specific EMR documentation reports.
