Phone Log
Accessed by: Clicking the Phone Log button on the
patient list or patient edit screen.
Use this screen to track all calls that deal with a particular patient. Calls
made to the patient, their physician, insurance company, etc. can all be
documented here.

- If any calls are on file, they will be listed in the grid. To edit a call,
double-click on it in the list or select it by clicking on it once and then
clicking the 'Edit Call' button. To add a new call, click the 'New Call'
button. The 'Delete Call' button will delete a call from the list.
- Use the print button to print the list out as it appears in the grid.
There is no print preview for this report.
- Editing or adding a new call will produce the screen below:

- The user field will be poplulated automatically based on the user
currently logged in.
- The date will default to the cureent date but can also be modified.
- The facility will default to the current facility a user is logged in to
but can be changed.
- Select a call reason from the list. More reasons can be added to the drop
down list through Master Lists.
- Enter a call note for the log.
- If a call back is necessary, enter a Call Back Date. By entering a Call
Back Date, the call will appear in the Call
Back List for that
day.
