Reports - Call Back List

The Call Back List is a convienent way to show all call that need to be made for a specific date or date range. The call back list is generated from patient Phone Logs. If a call back date is entered on a patient phone log record, the call will appear in this list if it falls within the date range at the top of the screen.

When first opening the screen, the date range will default to the current system date of your pc. If the date range is modified, the list will update accordingly. There is also an option at the top to select a different facility if needed.

• The Print button in the lower left corner will print the grid as it appears on the screen. There is no print preview for this report.
• Calls can be edited and marked as completed on this screen as well. To edit a call, double-click on the call in the grid or highlight it with one click and choose the "Edit Call" button. The window below will appear.

This window is the same window for the Phone Log entries. Make any necessary changes to the call and click the "Save" button.
