Reports - Cancellations

This report will display all of the cancellations and no shows for a specific date range. This report is only available if you have purchased the scheduling module.

Here are the options:

• Select a Start Date and End Date for the report
• Choose "All Providers" or uncheck this box and select a single provider
• Select the facility
• The "Select Schedule View" and "Appointment Text to Include" options are not available with this report
