Reports - Cases Not Scheduled
This report will display a list of cases that have been added to the system,
but for some reason, the case or cases are not on the schedule yet. This report
can save lost revenue by making sure that all cases that are added to the
database are also scheduled for at least their first appointment!
The option screen for this report is shown below.

- Select a start date and end date. The system will look for all cases where
the "Referral Date" on those cases falls within the selected date range.
- If selecting a single provider, the report will be filtered for all cases
assigned to that particular provider on the case screen.
- Select a facility
- The "Select Schedule View" and "Appointment Text to Include" options are
not available with this report
