Reports - Missing Notes

The Missing Notes report only works if you have purchased both the scheduling and EMR modules. It compares the schedule to daily visit notes in the system. If an appointment status is marked as "Show" or "Check In" and there is no daily visit note in the system matching the date of the appointment, it will be shown on this report.

• Select a date range. This will search all appointments in the date range specified.
• If the box "Notes must be Completed" is checked, visit notes entered in the system but not marked as "Completed" will also be counted as a Missing Note.
