Reports - Progress Notes Due

This report shows the progress notes that are due in a specific date range. It is based on dates from evaluations and progress notes that have been entered into the EMR Chart.

If an evaluation is entered for a case, there is a field on the evaluation called "Next Progress Note Date". This date defaults to 30 days past the date of the evaluation, but can also be changed by the user.

When a Progress Note is created for a case, there is also a field called "Next PN Date". This defaults to 30 days past the date of the progress note, but again can be changed if needed.

When this report is run, it searches for all cases that have an evaluation. If an evaluation is found, it then searches for any progress notes on file. If progress notes have been entered, it looks at the last one on file and compared the "Next PN Date" to the date range specified for this report. If it falls within that date range, it will show on the report. If no progress notes are on file yet, it reverts back to the evaluation and looks at the "Next Progress Note Date" on that record. If it falls within the date range specified for the report, it will appear on the report.

• Enter a date range
• Select "All Therapists" or uncheck "All Therapists" and select a single therapist
• Select an office or "All Offices"
