Reports - Fax Cover Sheet

This feature allows you to create a professional, clean fax cover sheet. Searching for blank cover sheets and handwriting information is no longer required!

• Fill in the optional fields on the screen above. The "To" and "CC" fields also have buttons to the right of them to access the address book.
• The comments field can accept any amount of text and carriage returns as well.
• Click the OK button to have the cover sheet generated. Your address and logo or company name will appear on the cover sheet.

 

The bottom half of the cover sheet will contain any Confidential statement (red area below) you have added under Fax Options and also any Sidebar text (yellow area below) entered under Fax Options.
