Reports - Missing in Action

This report can also find lost revenue for your clinic. It shows all Active cases in the system that have sort of "fallen off" the schedule. That is, the case was originally scheduled for 1 or more appointments, and for some reason, the patient has stopped coming in for visits even though they may have visits remaining on their script and their case is still active in the system.

Remember!!!! If you are not discharging cases in the system, they will show up on this report indefinitely until they have been discharged. To mark a case as discharged, a therpaist can create a Discharge Summary or the Case record can be edited and marked as discharged.

• Select the number of days. The report will search for any active case that has not beed scheduled in the past "X" amount of days or more
