Reports Menu

The reports menu provides access to statistical reports and facilty reports. The report preview window in which most reports are displayed is a powerful area itself. From the preview window, reports can be searched, printed, saved, emailed, or even faxed directly from the QuickEMR system. Please read the Report Preview Window for more information.

Report Preview Window
Schedule (Fig 2 above)
- Schedules - Prints out daily schedules for certain facilities or providers
- Cancellations - Shows the cancellations and no shows for any date range
- Cases Not Scheduled - shows cases that have not been scheduled yet!
- Missing In Action - Shows cases that are still active, but have not been scheduled in a while
- Therapist Numbers - Therapist/Provider statistics
- Facilty Daily Numbers - Facilty overall statistics
EMR (Fig 3 above)
- Missing Notes - Verifies that all appointments marked as "Show" or "Check In" have a corresponding daily Visit Note for that date
- Progress Notes Due - shows which cases have progress notes due
Call Back List - Access the Call back list screen.
Referrals - Lists all of the referrals by physician for any date range selected. Great for marketing!
Fax Cover Sheet - Generates a professionally typed fax cover sheet
New Patients - Shows all of the new patient appointments on the schedule for a selected date range.
Top n Diagnosis - Shows what diagnoses are treated the most in your practice for any date range. This list is generated from the diagnosis that was entered on each patient's case record.
Intake Forms (Fig 4 above) - Common forms patients fill out prior to treatment. These are the forms that are used in our clinics and are available for you as well. If you would like to use different forms, see "Company Documents" below.
Company Documents - Allows the attachment of company "template" documents.
