Reports - Referrals

The referrals report will list all referrals made in a specified date range. Referrals are grouped on the report by referring physicians. The report will provide counts of all referrals by physicians and can be used as a nice marketing tool!

• Enter a date range. The system will search for all cases where the referral date falls within the dtes specified.
• If therapists/providers are assigned to cases in your practice, select a Provider or "All Providers" to filter the report.
• The "Show Detail" button will produce the report below. It shows the patient name and diagnosis for each referral. If this option is not checked, a more compressed report will be produced only showing the counts of referrals for each physician.
• Select a specific Referring Physician or "All Physicians" from the drop down menu.
