Reports - Top n Diagnosis

This report will show what diagnoses have been treated most often in your clinic for any date range. If you have the QuickEMR Documentation module, this report is generated from the diagnosis selected on the evaluation. If you only have the Scheduling module, it is generated from the diagnosis field on the Case record.

• Select a single facility or all facilities
• Select any date range desired. If you have the documenatation module, the evaluation date is compared to the date range specified, If you only have the scheduling module, the case date is used for comparison.
• Click the Search button. The results will be displayed as shown above.
• Be default, the screen is set to print the top 25 results (red area above). If needed, change this number by typing in a new number, or you can click on any row in the grid and the number will be replaced by the row number that was clicked.
• Click the Print button to print the report. There is no print preview for this report.
