Tools - Download Users

This screen is used to download newly added licensed users. Remember, you can add as many non-licensed users to the system as desired. Non-licensed users would be personnel such as receptionists, office managers, or any other user who is not a therapist.

To add therapists or providers to the system, you must call us and purchase an additional license. We will ask for the user's first and last name. Once we have that information, you will come to this screen and download the new user into your system.

You must have an internet connection to perform this function!
