Tools - Reminders / Tasks
This is a screen where the currently logged in user can add personal tasks or
reminders on a calendar. It does not integrate with the appointment book at the
moment, but we are hoping to add more capabilities to this feature in the
future.
If a user's options are set to "Show Reminders at
Startup", this screen will open automatically upon login if their are ony tasks
or reminders not marked as "Done" for the current day. If the reminder occured
in the past and is not marked as done, this screen will not appear
automatically.
- Double-Click on a date to add a new reminder. The window below will appear
- Use the Previous and Next buttons to change months
- The grid on the right will display the task or reminders for the day
selected.
- Double-click on a row in the grid at the right to edit a reminder or mark
it as "Done". The screen below will appear

- Enter the Start Time and End Time
- Choose a call Type. The choices that appear in the "Type" drop down list
are managed under the "Other" option in the Master
Lists.
- Enter a note for the reminder.
- Check the "Done" box to indicate that the task or reminder has been
completed. If a reminder is marked as Done, it will appear with a gray
background when displayed in the grid on the right side of the screen.
